Alexandra Bruno is the Founder and President of AVESA. Throughout her career, she has overseen residential and commercial portfolios totaling more than five million square feet. She has also led the commissioning, opening, and transition of luxury residential communities for many of the region’s leading developers and ownership groups—from pre-opening planning through stabilization and board turnover.
Before founding AVESA, Alexandra served as Managing Director at Century Management, where she was responsible for the firm’s luxury condominium portfolio. Previously, she spent many years at Halstead Management Company. She began her career working for an owner-operator in New Jersey, where she gained her first experience with the ground-up development of residential and commercial properties, as well as their ongoing management following completion. Her experience across ownership and two of New York’s largest residential management firms has given her extensive expertise in capital planning, financial stewardship, board governance, regulatory compliance, and the management of some of the city’s most demanding properties.
Alexandra is equally committed to serving her community. She has volunteered with both New York Cares and Jersey Cares and, in 2025, ran the New York City Marathon as a member of Fred’s Team, raising funds to support pediatric cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Alexandra founded AVESA on a defining conviction: exceptional properties are shaped long before opening day through disciplined preparation, clear accountability, and enduring relationships. New York and New Jersey remain the firm’s foundation, while its expansion into Washington, D.C., and Florida reflects the same thoughtful approach—growing deliberately through trusted relationships and a meaningful presence in each market.
Ryan Booth, CPA, serves as Controller at AVESA, leading the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control functions. With more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership, he brings a disciplined, operator-focused approach to financial stewardship. Ryan translates day-to-day financial activity into clear, timely reporting that helps Boards, ownership teams, and property leadership understand cash flow, budget performance, reserves, receivables, and emerging financial risks.
Throughout his career, Ryan has overseen GAAP financial statements, complex revenue recognition, annual audits, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting packages relied upon by boards, investors, and lenders. He has guided organizations through clean, unmodified audit opinions and strengthened receivables and collections processes, including an initiative that reduced outstanding accounts receivable by more than $1 million. This experience supports AVESA’s commitment to accurate reporting, strong controls, proactive planning, and accountable property operations.
Ryan’s experience includes senior finance and accounting roles with Cambrian Innovation, the Lean Enterprise Institute, and Putnam Investments. He earned a BA in Accounting from Assumption College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
